At Vanguard A&T, our track and field program is led by USA Track & Field Level 2 Certified Coach Lorenze Billups, specializing in sprints and jumps. We focus on speed mechanics, explosive power, and perfecting form to help athletes maximize their performance. Whether you’re looking to shave a second off your 100m time or add a foot to your long jump, our program is designed to help you achieve your goals and compete at the highest level. While we do not currently offer in-house training for throws or pole vault, we collaborate with trusted partner coaches to ensure throwers and vaulters receive the specialized training they need to improve.

Morning Grind Academy: Basketball Skill Development
Morning Grind Academy by Vanguard A&T is a basketball training program led by Clinton Cunningham, a seasoned coach with extensive experience at the varsity, Division 1, and professional overseas levels. He has a proven track record of helping athletes secure scholarship opportunities by honing their basketball fundamentals and IQ. Our motto, "While others sleep, we work," embodies the commitment and hustle necessary to develop skilled, mentally tough athletes.

Our training is designed to build resilience and mental toughness, ensuring you're ready for any challenge the military demands.
